Terms:
Once
your menu has been chosen and your proposal signed and returned, BINK’s requires a non refundable deposit of 25 % in
order that we may reserve the event date on our calendar. This contract includes all labor, estimated rentals, food,
and coordination fees as detailed in your proposal. The remaining 75% of the estimated charges are due and payable 7
days prior to event. Cash, checks and PayPal (credit card) are acceptable forms of payment.
